The payroll processing service covers the creation and setup of your payroll file in our software, the monthly calculation of your employees’ salaries in compliance with your sector, and the generation and distribution of payslips in a single batch for printing and delivery to your employees.
Yes, social contributions and filings are complementary to payroll processing. By outsourcing your payroll to us, you automatically benefit from quarterly or monthly filings depending on the country. This is included in our Standard Pack.
We prepare the employer-related payroll tax declarations, transmit them each month to your accountant, and provide the annual declarations with withholding certificates for each employee. This service is also included in our Standard Pack and complements the full management of your payroll that you have decided to outsource.
No, we apply a tiered pricing strategy: the price per payslip decreases as the number of payslips processed increases. A minimum price threshold is applied because fixed management costs exist regardless of the number of employees.
Yes, our packs are fully dynamic and modular. Any service outside the Standard Pack — such as onboarding/offboarding procedures, People Advisory, or HR document drafting — can be added for complete outsourcing of your payroll and personnel administration.
