Executive Assistant / Legal & HR Operations (Entry-Level to Junior)
About the Role
Are you a recent graduate or someone with your first professional experience, looking to launch your career in an international, innovative, and demanding environment?
We are recruiting an Executive Assistant & LegalOps to support our CEO and teams in the management of:
- Employee onboarding and offboarding in Egypt and Morocco (in coordination with our local partners),
- Drafting and tracking HR documents (employment contracts, amendments, letters),
- Internal administrative management (Tunis office),
- CEO scheduling and logistics (travel, meetings),
- Payroll support tasks and coordination with the accounting & HR teams.
This is a central and evolving role that will immerse you in three complementary areas: HR – Payroll – Legal Administration, all within a fully digitalized and collaborative work environment.

We are not looking for a certain number of years of experience – we are looking for potential and a personality capable of taking ownership of this role.
Experience
- Entry-level candidates welcome (eligibility for internship/first job programs is a plus).
- Junior profiles (0–2+ years of experience) also welcome, as long as the experience has truly contributed to your development (organization, process management, HR operations…).
- It’s not about the number of years – it’s about what you have learned and achieved.
Education (varied and non-exclusive)
- Business Administration / Management
- Law / Labor Law
- Human Resources
- Accounting / Finance
- IT – Business Administration (tell us why you are looking to transition into this field)
Skills & Qualities We Value
- Languages: You will use English with our clients and French with your colleagues, so you should feel comfortable both in writing and speaking in both languages.
- Strong motivation to grow in a promising sector (HR, payroll, legal admin).
- Ability to learn quickly and self-train when needed.
- Administrative rigor and organizational skills.
- Digital fluency and curiosity for modern collaborative tools (Microsoft 365, Forms, Lists, Power Automate…).
- Logical thinking and initiative to invent and improve processes.
- Good interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with our international partners.
